Too often, I'm shocked when a patient comes in to see me about their eczema saying that I'm the fifth practitioner they've come to seeking help, and no one else has talked about diet!
More often than not, eczema is the results of a type of a food allergy... and that food is almost always dairy.
So, if you want to save some time and money, remove dairy from your diet and see if the eczema goes away. If removing dairy is problematic and/or you still have patches of eczema after doing so, come in and see me. We'll get to the root of this.
